Position: Senior Java Developer
ROLES:
• Analyze business requirements
• Make architectural and design decisions
• Write robust manageable code
• Alpha test and review code
• Mentor junior team members
• Establish agile development process
• Assume technical leadership
REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years of Java experience
• Degree in software engineering, information technology or equivalent (Computer Science, Informatics, Applied Mathematics, System Programming, etc.)
• Good English (spoken and written) is a must
• Experience with SQL/Oracle
• Experience with distributed high performance systems and complex integration projects is a plus
• Ambitious, self-motivated, independent, a great team player
• Ability and willingness for international traveling and relocation (Estonia)
